The ring works well and syncs with your phone. I am not sure about the accuracy as the step counter on my Fitbit will differ slightly from the ring.
I wear it to bed to track sleep.

Not happy with the features of the watch
This watch is great for anyone who needs to log times as it has a large 200 lap counter memory. A great productivity tool. It's also a good looking watch with easy to read display. The step counter is a bonus. No other Casio has all these features at this low price. Recommended. Tip: the included strap is a bit narrow and short, so get an 18mm silicone strap. Trim 1mm from each corner where the pins go, and then you get a shoulder that fits the lugs perfectly. Consider picking a different colour for the strap to match your style: a dark grey for the office, or a bright yellow for the beach.
