Casio Product Warranty - 1 Year International

Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use within the first year of ownership. This includes issues with the movement, dial, and hands of the watch.

Please note that damage to external elements such as the strap, case, or glass is not covered. (This is includes discolouration of the case and strap due to contact with sun, sweat or other damaging chemicals which includes dyes from clothing). 

It is important to note that dyes transferred from clothing items will not be able to removed from watch casing or straps. TCS SA will not be liable to replace straps or casings which are discoloured due to this. A replacement casing or strap will need to be ordered from James Ralph (Pty) Ltd at the clients cost.

If you experience any mechanical problems with your watch during the warranty period, please contact us. We will assist with repairs or a replacement at no cost to you. Our aim is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your Casio watch and its reliable performance for years to come.

Non-Casio Product Warranty - 6 Months

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship arising from normal use within the first six months of ownership. Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorised repairs is not covered. The warranty is valid only for products purchased from TCS SA. Any defective products must be assessed by the service centre, and the cost of sending the product to the service centre will be the client's responsibility.

It is important to note that dyes transferred from clothing items will not be able to removed from watch casing or straps. Modification Kits - No Warranty

Due to the nature of modification kits, we do not offer a warranty. These kits, being external parts of the watch prone to damage from regular use, are not covered under our product warranties. TCS SA will not be liable for replacing missing screws or pins.

Please note that all warranties are provided by the relevant distributor. TCS SA cannot be held responsible for any adverse outcomes and is not liable for replacing products outside the warranty terms.
